Shipping policy

1. Shipping Schedule:

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday at 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • USPS First Class Mail: Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.
  • FedEx Express Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3 business days. 

3. Order Processing:

  • Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
